	BEFORE TAKE OFF
		A narrative film about a 14 year old boy’s changing perspective and maturation process during the six months before his move to the United States from his hometown of Petrópolis, Brazil.
	A coming of age story shot entirely in Brazil, BEFORE TAKE OFF was screened at over 30 film festivals around the world and won six awards including Best Emerging Filmmaker for Writer & Director Thiago Da Costa at the San Antonio CineFestival.
	BEFORE TAKE OFF has recently gone through a process of remasterization. New music and a new mix have been produced for the definitive DVD edition. Also, a making-of documentary about the production process of the film has been completed, featuring interviews with key members of the cast and crew. All of this and more will be included in the BEFORE TAKE OFF: THE DEFINITIVE COLLECTION to be released in the market place by Figura in the Fall of 2010.
